Our program is a learning support center for students enrolled in online and virtual learning programs. We provide a non-traditional, home learning environment that allows each child to work at their own pace, outside of standard school hours, while they pursue other passions. GymGeeks’ ultimate goal is to help students develop a love of learning and a passion for individual growth and excellence that will last throughout their lives.

GymGeeks Learning Academy is a learning community of children and their families. Our program provides support for children in grades 3 through 10. We recognize many children excel not only in academics but in extracurricular activities like gymnastics, golf, music, and tennis.
Surrounded by like-minded students in a comfortable learning environment, each student will be provided a pacing guide, monitored for progress against deliverables and have access to daily academic support through their virtual programs and dedicated proctors.
This schedule is designed to enable students to participate in extracurricular activities in a more vigorous way thus providing our students with a balanced education, in a highly focused venue.
Transportation will be provided Monday - Thursday, for students at Kurt Thomas Gymnastics. Our goal is to make things easier for you. We will take care of getting students from gym to school and back!
Note: Students are required to bring their own lunches and snacks.
We follow the Frisco ISD calendar.
Important dates to remember:
• First day of school: August 15, 2019
• Last day of school: May 28, 2020
There are many virtual programs from which to choose. It is important to really determine whether or not a virtual school is right for your child. Online school is best for kids who are disciplined, highly motivated, and have a great desire to achieve. It’s also best for those who feel comfortable with technology as the computer will be their direct link to their course work.
As the future is not set, be sure to choose a virtual school that offers classes and credits that are accepted by your school district.
It is your responsibility to check with your school district to ensure that the program you select is recognized. Also check with your school district to see if there is a public option before paying tuition at a virtual private school.
Below are some options to consider. Each family must choose the program that best suits the needs of their child.
Accept the greater challenge.

With a competitive gymnast and academy soccer player of my own, I understand the stress that families go through as they try to find a way to afford their child the opportunity to pursue their dreams and ensure that they are receiving a quality education in a safe learning environment, not to mention managing travel and schedules. It is my mission to encourage, support and inspire children to achieve excellence in their pursuits.
